This policy applies to orders placed through the Influx Technology online store.

Dispatch

Orders are built and dispatched from our offices in Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, normally within 5 working days of order acceptance. All delivery times are estimates.

Delivery in the United Kingdom

Delivery options and any delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom

Delivery to other countries is calculated at checkout. Import VAT, duties and charges levied by the destination country are covered in our Terms of service.

Bulk orders

Orders of more than 5 units of any item are quoted individually, including delivery. Request a quote or email sales@influxtechnology.com.

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns and refunds policy.
