Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy applies to products purchased directly from Influx Technology through our online store. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Cancelling your order

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items. To cancel, contact us at sales@influxtechnology.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

You may inspect the items to the same extent you would in a shop. If the value of an item has been reduced by handling beyond what was necessary to examine it, we may deduct that reduction from your refund. Please return items in their original packaging where possible, packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

You are responsible for the cost of returning items when cancelling an order. We will refund the price of the items and our standard outbound delivery charge. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items or proof of postage, whichever is sooner.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide a full refund, including outbound delivery and return shipping costs. If you would prefer a replacement, we will arrange one.

12 month warranty

All Influx Technology hardware is covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery. If your item develops a fault within this period, we will repair it, replace it or refund it. To make a warranty claim, contact support@influxtechnology.com with your order number and a description of the fault. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

What we cannot refund

We cannot refund items that have been damaged through misuse or that have been opened, repaired or modified outside of our authorisation. We may ask for evidence such as photographs to assess a fault before approving a return.

How to return an item

Contact us at sales@influxtechnology.com or +44 (0)1525 842504 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and any next steps before you send anything back. Please obtain proof of postage and use a tracked service where possible.

Business customers

The 14 day cancellation right described above is a consumer right and does not apply to purchases made in the course of business. Returns on business orders are handled case by case, so contact us to discuss. The warranty and faulty goods provisions above apply to all customers.
