Returns & Refunds
We offer returns for the products you buy from us under the following conditions:

Cooling off period: Any product that has been bought from us is subject to a ‘cooling off’ period. This means that once the item has been received, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days, providing the product has not been opened or used. You must keep the item in the original packaging with no broken seals. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item. Once we have been informed of this you have another 14 days from then to send the item back to us, either in the original postal packaging or suitable packaging to not allow damage during transfer. We cannot refund you for the cost of shipping or returning the item.

Faulty product: You have the right to a replacement full refund if the product you ordered is damaged on arrival. You have 30 days to inform us of the damaged goods. We will refund you for both the product, shipping and return shipping.

We offer a 12 month warranty on our products. If your item becomes faulty within this time, we will either offer a repair, replacement or full refund.

We cannot offer refunds for items that you have tried to repair or have damaged yourself. In some cases, we may require evidence to show whether this is the case.

Shipping Policy
Our shipping times are subject to build and dispatch time which is normally up to 5 days. Some of our products, such as data loggers, require additional time to build and test before they can be shipped. The following shipping times are from day of dispatch only. Please contact us for more information.

Why is my ReXgen AIR not uploading data to FTPS server?There could be several reasons: 1) Ensure that the SIM card is active and has sufficient data 2) Ensure that the GPRS/LTE antenna is connected to the Logger 3) Check the Server and APN settings of the logger

Why is ReXdesk not opening after installation?Make sure that Visual C++ Redistributable x64 is installed.

Why does exported CSV data have gaps in it?ReXdesk Doesn’t export data after Interpolation or Resampling; the data is recorded and timestamped as received from the CAN bus. The gaps will be due to the difference in the transmission rate of various CAN messages.
