LogiSim

The offline calibration tool for powertrain engineers...

LogiSIM enables you to simulate the behaviour of your calibrations by creating block experiments. It fully supports graphical modelling and enables you to build each experiment in an intuitive  user friendly way. Simply connect components from the library.

It combines a highly advanced mathematical capability linked with powertrain calibration data. It enables multi level modelling of the experiment with each level being executed in independent sampling rates, triggered and enabled.

In today’s fast-paced automotive engineering  environment, efficient, expert and reliable solutions to data analysis is crucial.

How it works…

Step 1 …

Import your calibrations from an ASAP2 description file or DCM file format into the LogiSim data manager.

The data manager is a central repository for calibrations. Calibrations can be imported into the manager from the ASAM standard A2L files, Kleinknecht ROB file format or even the ETAS® DCM format. Each calibration can be copied and edited if required.

Step 2 ….

Create your calibration experiments using the blocks supplied … or create your our blocks from scripting

Experiments can be built using the graphical modelling editor. Blocks are selected from the library of functions and connected together in the editor.

Step 3…

Import recorded ‘real world’ data from ETAS®  Inca® file format using the import data block.

Step4…

Simulate and analyse the result by running the experiment in ’real time’ or ’discrete’ intervals.

Step 5...

Adjust the calibration ‘off-line’ and repeat.

Step 6…

Export calibration back to the data manager.
