The Rebel family provides a flexible and cost effective communications interface for in-vehicle electronic modules. With their multiple high-speed microprocessors they can simultaneously handle several tasks such as calibration, monitoring and diagnostic data acquisition. All Rebel devices offer a variety of hardware interfaces namely, CAN bus, K-line and LIN communication and they can be used in conjunction with existing Influx PC software such as Module Analyzer™, Dialog™ or with customer specific software (via the SAE J2534 compatible interface). Rebel XT is a low cost interface for direct connection to the vehicle via USB2 and allows for datalogging direct to the PC hard drive.The Rebel XT can acquire data remotely and without user interaction, collecting data from several bus sources reliably for long periods of time. Now it has being extended to support remote connectivity via GPRS. Designed to be flexible and ready to use The Rebel XT is well supported with proven software ready to use and support most field applications. The Rebel Xt is supplied with DiaLOG- our data log configuration and data analysis software. DiaLOG supports the industry standard files: ASAM A2L files, ODX and CAN dbc formats. DiaLOG is easy to use and has a built in data analysis trace viewer. Data can also be easily exported for other applications such as Matlab MAT format or MDF format. Our data logging solution is easy to use Each sample is accurately time stamped and multiple data sources can be simultaneously monitored such as PIDS or CAN BUS signals, instrumentation etc..... It is also possible to monitor more than one module on multiple CAN buses. All measured data is stored on a SD card in FAT32 format ready to be read on a Windows PC. A real time clock ensures that the data is stored showing when it occurred.

All Rebel products are housed in a robust extruded aluminium case with die cast end panels and high reliability Lemo™ connectors. A standard connection to the vehicle J1969 interface is provided as well as a USB2 cable and a spare instrumentation port.
